You'll come away with clarity and alignment on how to tell your story in a way that drives results. This framework will help inform and maximize the effectiveness of your messaging for sales, marketing, and recruiting.
Life of Value (LoV) Experience

The purpose of the Life of Value (LoV) Experience is to help you Live Your Most Fulfilled Life. It is about self-discovery, developing a plan, living intentionally and receiving support along the way.
In this workshop, you will engage in a highly interactive, reflective and empowering experience.

This is a facilitated discussion designed to explore what it means to Live a Life of Value, how to trade value to live your most fulfilled life and prepare you to take the Live of Value Inventory.
Self-Discovery
Guided by a coach, you will receive your individually customized LoV Inventory results and reflect on who you are and want to become, why you exist and what you value most.Action Planning

Building Career Equity

High Performance Teams

The purpose of this workshop is to share pragmatic tools and concepts leaders can utilize to build higher performing teams. In this session you will reflect on your best and worst team experiences, learn critical team development concepts, and apply these learnings to a real team you are leading.
Specifically, you will join a cohort of like-minded leaders to:
understand which phase of team development your team is in
assess where your team is more and less effective
prioritize what actions you (the leader) should take now to have greatest positive impact on your team’s performance.
This session will focus on building shared goals, clear roles and responsibilities, team processes and strong interpersonal relationships.
